A couple of weekends ago I had a Saturday night in. This is an unusual occurrence, so I decided to take advantage of the situation  by waking up early Sunday morning with mum and going for a morning beach walk.  Mum hates being around swarms of people, so she took me to her favourite secluded beach to savour what is meant to be the end of the Aussie heat.... at least according to the calendar. I don't think Perth got the memo that Summer is over.
